Abstract

In order to achieve the goal of unity power factor rectifying and compensating the harmonic close to the load through the use of active filter, one kind of new converter is discussed in this paper. Via theoretical analysis and design, the electrical parameters of the integrated inverter are calculated. Based on the electrical parameters and system analysis, the mathematical model of this integrated converter is obtained, which is in the foundation of switching function and combine the mathematical models of unity power factor rectifier and Harmonic compensation. And according to the demand, the instantaneous harmonic current compensation control strategy is selected. Overall, the emphasis of this paper is the DC voltage control parts and the variable gain PI controller, which can help meet the demand of integrated converter. And at last, based on the model proposed, simulation results made by MATLAB/Simulink strongly support the theoretical analysis.
