Abstract

The research aims to identify (1 - organizational conflict among the heads of scientific departments 2 - human relations among the heads of scientific departments 3-the correlation between organizational conflict and human relations among the heads of scientific departments from the point of view of faculty members). The researcher used the descriptive associative approach, and the research community included faculty members in all departments of the faculties of the University of Baghdad for the academic year (2022 – 2023), the number of (6174) faculty members, and the sample was chosen by random method, where the number of the research sample was (432) and (7%) faculty members, and to achieve the research goals, the researcher built two scales, one of which measures the organizational conflict and consists of five areas, the number of paragraphs was (20) paragraphs, the human relations scale consists of three paragraphs and the number of paragraphs (15) paragraphs, then the researchers conducted the the study found that the heads of scientific departments are characterized by a good management of the organizational conflict, as well as their work is characterized by a good management of human relations from the point of view of The research also found an associative relationship between organizational conflict and Human Relations, and the researcher drew conclusions and recommendations through the research results.
