Abstract

- This study focuses on monitoring the most important requirements for the application of electronic management in the General Supervision of Libraries and its (32) educational departments; as the study drives at identifying the level of electronic culture among library education officials, exposing their points of views concerning the importance and contribution of the application of electronic management to work. The study also explores all the requirements concerning the “technical - human - financial - organizational - security” requirements and identifying the most important training needs to create a digital work environment. It highlights the most important challenges, obstacles that stand against its application, such as the human, organizational, ;legal, technological, and financial obstacles, and stating the most important suggestions that promote its application, such as financial support, hiring professional trainers, and spreading the awareness of the importance of electronic management, using the analytical-descriptive approachKeywords:- Electronic management- The importance of electronic management
