Abstract
目的 了解卫浴加工工人矽肺患者临床情况.方法对2例卫浴加工工人矽肺患者临床情况进行了分析.结果卫浴加工工人矽肺患者发病年龄较小,发病工龄短,呼吸系统症状明显,体征较少,胸片上主要表现为圆形小阴影q影,生化免疫(IgG、IgA、IgM、LDH、AKP)、肺通气功能和血气分析指标无明显改变.结论卫浴加工工人矽肺危害工人健康,应重视做好矽肺预防控制工作。
