Abstract
Objective The effect of the degree on primary hypertension patients'knowledge on the be-havior obeying doctor and recurrence rate. Methods 85 primary hypertension patients were divided into control group 43 cases, experimental groups 42 cases. Control group was done normal health guide, experimental group was given the education of disease knowledges and behavior obeying doctor by the full - time nurse, besides nor-mal education. And then adopted questionnaire designed by ourselves, comparing the related knowledge degree and status quo in two groups. Results The knowledge degree and behavior obeying the doctor in experimental group is better than that in control group, the recurrence rate in experimental group is 4. 67%, and is lower than that in control group (27. 91%)signfieantly. Conclusion Meanwhile treatment , to strength the relative knowl-edge and behavior obeying doctor , giving essential health education, can increase the life quality of primary hy-pertension.
