Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between the serum anticardiolipin antibody-immune globulin G (ACA-IgG), interleukin-17 (IL-17) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) concentration and intracerebral artery stenosis middle cerebral artery atherosclerotic stenosis. Methods By digital subtraction angiography (DSA), 78 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were enrolled and divided into a stenosis-free group(21 cases), mild-stenosis group (n=22), moderate-stenosis group (n=18), and severe-stenosis group (n=17). The level of serum ACA-IgG, IL-17 and hsCRP were detected. Results The levels of serum ACA-IgG in the stenosis-free group, mild, moderate and severe stenosis groups were (25.53±6.23)kU/L, (36.14±6.67)kU/L, (47.75±8.31)kU/L and (62.41±11.26)kU/L respectively. The levels of serum IL-17 were (35.54±11.32)ng/L, (57.62±19.06)ng/L, (64.05±28.67)ng/L and (78.36±25.01)ng/L respectively. The level of serum hsCRP were (2.06±1.53)mg/L, (4.23±1.17)mg/L, (5.30±1.34)mg/L and (6.72±2.01)mg/L respectively.Compared with stenosis-free group, the levels of serum ACA-IgG and IL-17 were significantly increased in the mild, moderate and severe stenosis groups(all P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio (OR) of hyper ACA-IgG and IL-17 for intracerebral artery stenosis were 1.624 and 1.235, respectively. Conclusion ACA-IgG and IL-17 may play an important role in middle cerebral artery atherosclerotic stenosis of young adult.
