Abstract
Recent ASRM guidelines have recommended limitations in the number of dominant follicles(DF) produced during ovarian stimulation(OS) due to the risk of multiple gestation. Our study aims to assess the incidence of multiple pregnancy according to the number of follicles identified on ultrasound after treatment with letrozole, which is lacking from the literature.
