Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and spiritual intelligence in the Welfare Organization is the city of Gonbad. Methodology: The research methodology was descriptive, correlational research is survey. The target population included all employees of the Department of Social Welfare city Kavus dome 57 Summary. Results: The reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach and validity have been confirmed by the content.
