Abstract
The study aims to analyze the relationship between psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organisational commitment of officers woking at the Fisheries Sub-Department of Kien Giang province. The relationship between psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organisational commitment analysis through 237 questionnaires surveyed by officers woking at the Fisheries Sub-Department of Kien Giang province. By applying the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, the study have determined that psychological capital has a positive effect on job satisfaction and organisational commitment of officers. The analysis results show that there is a positive relationship between the factors of psychological capital, job satisfaction, organisational commitment. The results show a correlation between job satisfaction and organisational commitment. Optimism is one of the important factors of psychological capital that it has the strongest correlation to job satisfaction and organisational commitment. The study suggested some significant policy implications for Fisheries Sub-Department of Kien Giang province to increase job satisfaction and organisational commitment.
