Abstract

Abstract Date Presented 3/30/2017 This study explored the relationship between pretend play and playfulness in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our findings suggest that it is important to assist children with ASD to engage in pretend play, for doing so could promote their internal experience of playfulness.
