Abstract

This research is conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between perceived organizational justice & Deviant Behaviour in workplace among the employees of central organization of Isfahan University. To achieve the research goal, 86 employees of the university were selected randomly as sample to fill out the research questionnaire. The respondents answered a three part questionnaire containing four part questions on demography, 16 questions on three dimensions of organizational justice and 9 questions on Deviant Behaviour. The research is a descriptive research of the survey subcategory. The data gathered are analyzed using Pearson Correlation coefficient and step by step regression. In the proposed model of the study, the three dimensions of organizational justice construct were investigated regarding the three dimensional construct of Deviant Behaviour which leads to the hypotheses to be designed. Results indicate that organizational justice and deviant behaviour are negatively correlated. Also the proposed negative relationship between distributive and procedural justice with personal aggression was rejected. Furthermore, the presence of multilateral correlation among organizational justice, production and political deviant was confirmed, while its relation to personal aggression was rejected.
