Abstract

Decision making in the field of ICT and the use of hardware and software, it requires an organization to identify cultural contexts, some of the relationships and new processes are defined. This paper investigates the relationship between organizational cultures and using ICT of Bank Maskan. Among the research methodology of this study is descriptive. The population consisted of 230 workers from Bank Maskan in the Lorestan Province with the sample size table Morgan, 140, stratified randomly chosen. Field data collection the tool consists of two questionnaires and an organizational culture based on the characteristics of the seven Robbins and questionnaire-based ICT skills is seven ICDL. Analytical validity and content validity of the questionnaire to ensure the validity of the opinions of supervisors and banking experts have been used and reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the organizational Culture Inventory ICT 0.79 and 0.81 is obtained. Data collected by using a structural equation modeling software Amos studied and tested. The results indicate a positive relationship between organizational culture and the use of information and communication technology.
