COBASHbA1c kit was resolute by colorimetric technique .Serum stages of omentin-1 was significantly deferencein DFU group related by control and fibrinogen was significantly deference in DFU group compared withcontrol group . A significant negative relationship among Omentin-1 then HbA1c and significant positivecorrelation between fibrinogen and HbA1c .
