Abstract
The present study aims to investigate relationship between moral atmosphere and job satisfaction in welfare office’s staffs of Isfahan with correlation method. The statistical population consisted of all of 202 staffs of Isfahan welfare office that based on Cochran’s sample size formula 134 were selected randomly as the statistical sample. Data collection instrument were Ethical climate questionnaire and job satisfaction. Reliability coefficients in order of organizational ethical climate questionnaire (0.74) and job satisfaction (0.78) were calculated. The results showed that there were a positive correlation between friendship dimension (r = 0.628), Right dimension (r = 0.529), legal dimension (r = 0.586) and independent dimension (r = 0.278) of moral atmosphere with job satisfaction, While the relationship between instrumental dimension of moral atmosphere with job satisfaction (r = -0.123) was not significant.
