Abstract
GDM Common medical complication of pregnancy, it’s increasing enormously worldwide in the recentdecades especially in developing countries, the onset of GDM occurred, due to islet ? cell function defect.There are a close relationship between the GDM,OS, antioxidants and inflammation .The aim of this studywas the assessment to oxidative stress factor changes, UA and CRP in pregnants women with GDM in misanprovince . The study included (30) GDM pregnant women, (25 -35) years. The study has during Nov.2018 toFeb. 2019 . Diagnosed parameters done by ELISA, and mindray (BS -230) .Our results reveledall parametersincreased during pregnancy, highest increase in the third trimesters, it is increased significantly (p ?0.05) incomparison with the first and second trimesters.
