The reliability of the questionnaire was carried out using Cronbach's alpha and the results were 0.945 and 0.859, respectively. The validity of the tests were obtained through exploratory factor analysis and the desired results were achieved. The results showed that the status of variables and appropriate values of individual deviant behavior are low. It also became clear that there is a significant relationship between the subscales of personal values and organizational deviant behavior. There is no significant difference between the mean values of individual and organizational deviant behavior in terms of demographic variables. The final results of the analysis showed that a model for the relationship between individual values and organizational deviant behaviors can be presented.
