Abstract

Functional constipation in children is a common childhood disease, but its etiology remains unclear.In a cohort study of more than 11 years, the results of the survey showed that exposure to antibiotics may increase the incidence of functional gastrointestinal disease, which may be related to intestinal flora.This paper mainly focuses on the intestinal flora to explore the relationship between functional constipation and antibiotics in children.The use of antibiotics has an impact on the diversity of intestinal flora and its composition.Different antibiotics have different effects on the intestinal flora.
