Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between diet patterns and physical activity with coronary heart disease among badminton player communities. The research involves analyzing the impact of these factors on the heart health of badminton players, with the primary goal of identifying effective prevention strategies. Research methods include surveys on dietary habits and levels of physical activity, along with statistical analysis to identify significant patterns of association. The findings are expected to provide new insights into efforts to prevent coronary heart disease within the specific context of sports communities, particularly badminton.
