Abstract

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) has been associated with higher miscarriage rates in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Elevated anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) in PCOS patients has been associated with a more severe phenotype. This study seeks to determine whether subjects with a high AMH undergoing IVF/ICSI with preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) have aneuploidy rates that differ from cohorts with low or normal AMH levels and whether this relationship is modified by PCOS.
