Abstract
The paper deals with the relationship between age and workers' perception of work and non-work stressors. 205 female nurses (mean age =37.5 years) completed the Survey of Health Care Professionals. The most significant correlation has been found between both the age and length of work experience and assessment of work performance (positive), feeling of fatigue after the workday and ability to continue current job (negative). No significant correlation of the age and the concern about the workplace conditions were found.
