The study sample consisted of 99 secondary school female students who were randomly selected. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive, comparative and correlational method was adopted. The researcher used the self-management scale and the five big factors of personality scale (female version). The study results revealed that the level of self-management was applicable to a great extent; the agreeableness was the most evident factor among the study sample. There were also differences between the average scores of the sample on the self-management scale which were attributed to the study level. There were no differences between the average scores of the sample on the self-management scale attributed to grade, specialization and economic level.
