Abstract
The subject of the study is the etiology and pathogenesis of Reiter's disease. The aim of the work is to present modern data on the causes of this disease. The modern literary data, and also results of clinical and laboratory investigations made in Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of National Academy of medical sciences of Ukraine dedicated of analysis of an etiology, pathogenesis and epidemiology of Reiter’s disease are presented in the article. The results of investigations demonstrated a capability of dissemination Chlamydia trachomatis from genitourinary system together with monocytes of a peripheral blood in joints are submitted. In the article the data about level of cytokines of mononuclear cells of peripheral blood and synovial fluid in patients with Reiter’s disease with chlamydial etiology are submitted. В статье приведены современные литературные данные, а также результаты клинико - лабораторных исследований, проведенных в Институте дерматологии и венерологии H АМН Украины, посвященных изучению этиологии, патогенеза и распространенности болезни Рейтера. Приведены результаты исследований, доказывающие гематогенный путь диссеминации Chlamydia trachomatis в моноцитах периферической крови из первичного очага в мочеполовой системе в другие органы и системы. Представлены результаты изучения уровня цитокинов в моноцитах периферической крови и син овиальной жидкости у пациентов с болезнью Рейтера хламидийной этиологии.
