La investigación se centra en el papel que lleva la Familia Real española en la vida del estado español, analizado desde el enfoque jurídico e institucional. ¿Cómo se distribuye el poder Real en el marco de la Casa de su Majestad, se limita o no el poder del Rey en el tiempo, goza el Rey de un poder auténtico o únicamente cumple con determinadas funciones?
