The regularity of microstructure formation and its influence on the properties of soft magnetic ferrites

Abstract

The problems of control over the microstructure of polycrystalline ferrites (size of grains and their homogeneity, a curvature of grain boundary, porosity, etc.) are under the consideration. The methods based on an artificially produced heterophase state are especially allocated. That is artifical injection of dispersive particles of secondary phases, which are relatively difficult to dissolve to certain temperatures.
