The Reform of Public Service Bureaucracy in the Investment Sector Within the Pentahelix Perspective: A New Hope in the Era of Autonomy?

Abstract

Many recommendations have been proposed to enhance the reform of public service bureaucracy. However, they were not effective enough since complaints were still directed toward public service practice. This research was conducted to investigate this issue and propose solutions to enhance the effectiveness of public service reform in the field of investment in order to increase regional economic growth. This research resulted in solutions in the form of an ideal reform model based on multi stakeholder (pentahelix) approach.
