With the development of roentgenologic technic in gastroenterology, more of these conditions are being discovered and as a consequence their clinical significance is becoming recognized. Abnormalities of the duodenum are frequently overlooked during an ordinary barium meal study principally on account of the fact that the examiner concentrates his attention on the first part of the duodenum or cap.
