Introduction

Every agency or institution needs proses procurement of goods and services in carrying out government and private activities. In Indonesia, the government procurement process was regulated in Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia No 16 of 2018 and its changes to Peraturan Presiden No 12 of 2021 on Procurement of Government Goods / Services. The development of procurement practices shows that a country's procurement system nationally follows a structured approach to change and capacity building. In line with these developments, policymakers are increasingly clear that procurement can act far more strategically and contribute to reaching goals
