The results also revealed that there are major challenges, most of that are related to visitors to the Two Holy Mosques, whether they are pilgrims, or other worshippers, and the most prominent of these challenges are the pilgrims' lack of commitment to health requirements, neglect of awareness, poor health control and neglect of hygiene in places of residence, which increases the chances of the spread of infection among visitors, and non-compliance with health requirements. The study recommended the importance of intensifying awareness-raising efforts among visitors, and pilgrims about the need to adhere to all health directives and apply precautions to prevent the spread of infection, the study also recommended activating the role of members of the local community in both Makah and Al-Madinah in spreading health awareness among the gatherings of pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors, whether inside or outside the Two Holy Mosques, particularly in the places of residence, in order to achieve the desired goal of achieving health safety for all.
