Moak Mr. Moak is executive director of the Bureau of Governmental Research of New Orleans and special consultant on local government to the Louisiana Law Institute. He has been with the New Orleans bureau since 1938 and prior to that time was active in governmental affairs in Port Arthur, Texas. Until recently Mrs. Moak was assistant to the director of public relations at Tulane University. Previously she was research assistant in a comprehensive survey of New Orleans public schools.
