Abstract
Let [Formula: see text] be an integer and [Formula: see text] an odd square-free integer. We compute the rank of the 2-class group of some fields of the form [Formula: see text] when all the prime divisors of [Formula: see text] are congruent to [Formula: see text] or [Formula: see text].
