Abstract
The article on the use of IT logistics systems by microenterprises. The purpose is to analyze and evaluate the functionality of logistics IT systems used by microenterprises in Middle Pomerania. The methods are a systems analysis and a diagnostic survey conducted using the CAWI method. The result is an analysis of the use of such software in microenterprises as ERP (54.55%) and SAP (72.73%), or WMS (43.55%), MES (34.36%) and TMS (45.45%) modules and their low evaluation of 2.63-3.78 and high evaluation of EDI functionality (4.09), as well as the use of 87.69%.
