E. ; Aller, H. D. Abstract Linear polarization and flux density observations at 8.0 and 14.5 GHz of AO 0235+164 during the large 1975 outburst are presented. The position angle of the polarization at both frequencies exhibited a large change with time; the data are consistent with a constant rate of change. The behavior of this object provides evidence for rotation in an extragalactic variable radio source.
