Abstract
The results of the experimental investigations of the single K u -band radiator based on inverted strip dielectric waveguide are presented. The basic waveguide structure has a few advantages in comparing with other structures in K u -band. The main of them is an ability of auxiliary elements arrangement. The investigating structure uses exactly this property. The radiator is a combination of two strip resonators, which are placed on both sides of a dielectric substrate. The essential advantage of this construction is the ability of frequency scanning of the main lobe in 26-35 GHz band.
