Abstract
In short magnetic field pulses, the Hall resistivity exhibits large deformation both on the high and the low magnetic field side of the quantized Hall plateaux. A model is proposed from which we are able to reconstruct the flat plateaux by calculating the exact current through the sample under the given experimental conditions.
