Abstract

Due to double reheat and using cross-level superheat with outer steam cooler, the thermal economic analysis of double reheat supercritical plant is far more different from once reheat unit, so it brings some obstacles to the former one's energy-saving analysis. For this reason, pure heat conversion coefficient, which is one important parameter for double reheat unit, is defined, and its general matrix form is deduced, so the thermal economic analysis of double reheat unit can be done with one of extraction steam efficiency. In this way, a new method of thermal economic quantitative analysis is offered, and a complete model of quantitative economic calculation forms. Through some case calculations, the reliability of the model proved that it is common, accuracy and suitable for computer calculation.
