Abstract

Recently, the state-of-the-art electromagnetic field (EMF) monitoring system - EMF RATEL, has been activated in the Republic of Serbia. This system carries out the socalled continuous monitoring of cumulative EMF level, introducing an innovative methodology for mandatory testing of EMF. The EMF RATEL system is under the charge of the national Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services of the Republic of Serbia (RATEL) and is envisioned for day-to-day EMF monitoring over the Republic of Serbia territory, deploying an advanced network of autonomous wireless measuring sensors. This system is founded on the puller service, which is essential for collecting and storing measurement data that are acquired by remote sensors. The presented puller service is design to serve in heterogeneous wireless sensors network environment, processing the data and different sensors once per day.
