Abstract

The objective of the study was to Psychological, Social and Environnemental factors which affects the efficiency of the vocational education in Egypt and” Identify” On psychological, social and physical factors of technical educationAs well as to identify the ways of effective technical education and used the theory of functional and cognitive theory and behavioral theory The sample of the study consisted of (598) students of technical education in the governorates of (Cairo - Giza - Benha - Beni Suef) divided into (336) students (262) female students divided into (195) single students of industrial and 165 hotel students، And (140) of the students of the trade, and (98) of the students of agriculture, type of study descriptive comparative study the researchers used the descriptive approach and the social survey method and tools form questionnaire questionnaire for the psychological, social and physical factors of the effectiveness of education prepared by researchers, The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1 - There is a positive correlation relationship is statistically significant at Level (0.01) between the physical factors and the effectiveness of technical education in Egypt 2 - There is a strong positive correlation between the psychological factors and the effectiveness of technical education in Egypt. The correlation coefficient of Pearson (0.706) is a function at level 0 3- There is a strong positive correlation between the social factors and the effectiveness of technical education in Egypt. The coefficient of correlation of Pearson (0.517), which is a function at the level of 0.01 The study also recommends that: 1) Improving the methods of teaching and use of various means and methods that facilitate the process of learning and the predominance of the practical aspect of the theory, taking into account the nature of specialization. 2) Qualifying teachers from qualified trainers in various disciplines. 3) needs of the field of work and to identify the negatives and shortcomings to address and overcome and positive aspects of support and development through cooperation and coordination between vocational schools and the private sector to train graduates in factories and workshops.
