Abstract

The development process of laparoscopic technology has proven the driving effect of technological progress on medicine, which overturns the methods of surgery, especially general surgery. With its widespread popularity, its limitations have gradually emerged. At the same time, da Vinci surgical robots have flourished after demonstrating enormous advantages, leading surgery from minimally invasive to intelligent. However, there remains huge development space for domestically produced surgical robots in areas such as modularity, single-port approach, and remote capabilities.
