Abstract

1995年高效联合抗逆转录病毒治疗(highly active antiretrovival therapy,HAART)的临床疗效得到了肯定,改变了艾滋病的流行进程,也给患者及科学家们抗击艾滋病流行带来了新希望.一、近年来国际上艾滋病防治取得的进展2011年,一项由多国科学家联合开展的研究显示,HIV感染者如果在患病初期就接受抗逆转录病毒治疗,则其将病毒传染给性伴侣的几率会减少96％[1].此项研究被《科学》(Science)杂志选为2011年的"年度突破".这个里程碑式的研究证实,早期治疗具有深远的预防意义。
