Abstract

Now the hurly-burly's done, managers will be looking over the lie of the post-electoral land. They are likely to do so with genuine uncertainty about the next few years. The only sure thing is that the next five years will be full–steam ahead for delivery in terms of concrete, tangible improvements in what the public experience and the media report.
