Abstract

The problem of linear exitation of coupled spin waves (SW) and transversal acoustic waves (AW) was theoretically investigated for a sandwich structure, consisting of a tangentially magnetized thin film, a dielectric layer and metallic screens. An infinite system of algebraic equations was obtained for the amplitudes of SW modes, interacting with AW and the external driving field. An approximative solution, allowing to calculate parameters of the magnetoacoustic waves is presented.
