Abstract
The potassium titanate hydrate (K2Ti4O9) and lead hydroxide (Pb (OH)2). is used as raw materials, the pure PbTiO3 fiber ceramics can be obtained in the way of hydrothermal reaction under medium H2O solution instead of KOH solution. The crystal structure and powder morphology is examined with XRD and SEM etc. al The dielectric properties of ceramic can measures by an impedance analyzer (4192A, USA). The ceramics is consisted of PbTiO3 fiber with the longth 10–50μm and the diameter 0.6–2.0μm. The changes of micromorphology on fibrous ceramics take place when temperature reaches 1000°C, the fibrous morphology disappeared when temperature reaches 1200°C. The fiber ceramics' special electric properties in room temperature have been reports for the first time, along with the temperature lift, the dielectric loss and the dielectric constant of ceramics exists abrupt peak with the electric field in room temperature region.
