Abstract
The foreign language service (FLS) industry is normally regarded as undertaking activities that help people to overcome language barriers in information exchange. Attention to translation and localization language services and investment in language training are insufficient for expatriates and staff abroad. The courses are based on theoretical study, with less practical training, which leads to their weak operational ability; the quality of students cannot satisfy the requirements of employers. The ultimate goal of FLS personnel training is to enable specialists to play a more effective role in the development of society and industry, so as to activate the maximum value of specialists in the industry. The special role of foreign language education and services in regional communication and cooperation could enable the service to cope with the challenges posed by the macro environment and competition, and gradually boost the sustainable development of enterprises, industries, countries, and regions.
