Abstract
The landscape of neoadjuvant immune-checkpoint blockade for resectable non-small cell lung cancer has become an exciting area of clinical and translational exploration. Cascone and colleagues present a platform study of one cycle of novel immunomodulatory agents prior to surgical resection, offering a unique opportunity to perform translational biomarker studies, though many questions remain regarding the ultimate application to a broader patient population.
