e16541 Background: As for the adjuvant chemotherapy of endometrial cancer, a taxane chemotherapy is becoming in use. The aim of the present study is to consider the prognosis of endometrial cancer after receiving adjuvant taxane-platinum chemotherapy from a viewpoint of TOP2A and HER2. Methods: Among endometrial cancer patients receiving first-time medical treatment in our hospital from 2005 to 2010, 56 patients underwent adjuvant taxane-platinum combined chemotherapy. A tissue array was made from paraffin-embedded sections, and immunohistochemistry with TOP2A-HER2 was performed. TOP2A was defined as strong expression more than 3+, and HER2 was defined as expression more than 2+. The log rank test was used to assess the associations between positivity and negativity with overall survival and disease-free survival.
