Abstract
Nickel free high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel has bio-friendly characteristics can be widely used in the products direct contacting with the skin, because it doesn’t contain nickel which may make people allergic. The thesis discussed that bio-friendly nickel free high-nitrogen austenitic stainless steel was produced by introducing nitrogen to replace nickel in stainless steel. The article studied the procession technology of watch appearance part, which was made of nickel free high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel, including parts forming, cutting machining and surface treatment, etc; optimization of cutting parameter narrowed the gap of procession technology between Nickel free high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel and conventional austenitic stainless steel for watch, Bio-Steel watch was produced for the first time.
