Abstract
Most Research and Development (R&D) have groups of people from different dissiliences. For most R&D members are mainly from Science, Engineer, and Economist. Success does not only demand work, but also required patience, people skills, and communication. R&D have a team of individuals. Team works with groups and individuals. Several people who work together for a chosen unit of specific goal called a team. Team mainly works on a program such as recycling program, food program, so on. Several people who have common goals but work independently without depending on each other for their success called group. Group usually is a department members and works. Several people who work independently to accomplish their individual goals without depending on each other for their success called individuals.
