Abstract

Abstract A probability of Primordial Black Hole (PBH) formation from oscillating cosmic loops is estimated and some restrictions on this probability are obtained from observational upper limits on the PBH's abundance. Finally some possibility that the end point of any oscillating loop is the formation of a residual black hole of the Plank mass is considered.
