Abstract
In a previous paper [1] a theory, called transfer equivalence theory for constant linear dynamical systems, was presented, which led to a simple realization algorithm. In the present paper that theory is significantly sharpened by weakening the requirements for transfer equivalence, and this leads to the concepts of prime structure and prime system.
