Only 6% to 30% of maxillofacial osteosarcomas have been detected in the first or second decade. It occurs usually in bones of the jaw and has rarely been reported in the nasal cavity or paranasal sinuses. Osteosarcomas arising in paranasal sinuses are usually high-grade malignancies. We report a rare case of an chondroblastic osteosarcoma in the nasal cavity of a 8 year-old female with clinical and histopatholgical features.
